Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
1. Overview
iinfii is operated by 3IVIS GmbH. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
The core principle of iinfii: your invoice data never leaves your browser. The invoice generator runs entirely client-side. No invoice content, business details, or financial data is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Invoice Generator
All data you enter in the invoice generator (company names, addresses, line items, amounts) is processed exclusively in your browser using JavaScript. This data is not sent to our servers. We do not see, store, or process any invoice data.
Your invoice data may be saved to your browser’s localStorage to preserve your session between visits. This data remains on your device only.
2.2 Server Logs
Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs when you visit iinfii. These logs may include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. Logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are used solely for security and operational purposes.
2.3 Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). GA4 helps us understand how visitors use iinfii in aggregate — for example, which pages are visited most and how long users spend on the site.
GA4 collects data such as pages viewed, time on page, browser and device type, and a pseudonymous visitor identifier. Your IP address is anonymised (truncated) before it is stored by Google. We do not use GA4 to identify individuals or for advertising purposes.
Google Analytics only activates after you accept analytics cookies via the consent banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the privacy icon in the consent banner or by using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
3. Cookies and Consent
iinfii uses browser localStorage for functional storage — for example, to preserve your invoice data and locale preference between visits. This data stays on your device only.
We use a consent management tool (Klaro) to record your cookie preferences. The following cookies may be set:
- klaro — stores your consent preferences. Contains only your choices, no personally identifiable information. Expires after 365 days.
- _ga, ga* — set by Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies. Used to distinguish visitors and sessions using a pseudonymous identifier. Expires after 2 years.
No advertising or social media tracking cookies are set by this site.
4. Third-Party Services
Google Analytics 4: When you accept analytics cookies, your browser loads a script from Google’s servers and sends pseudonymous browsing data (pages visited, referrer, device type) to Google. Data transfers to the United States are covered by Google’s participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). See Google’s Privacy Policy for full details.
All other site assets — CSS (Bootstrap), JavaScript, and fonts — are served directly from iinfii’s own servers. No personal data is transmitted to third parties through those assets.
5. Legal Basis (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area:
- Server logs: Our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Google Analytics: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie consent banner. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Klaro consent manager: Our legal obligation to record and honour your cookie preferences (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
The competent lead supervisory authority for 3IVIS GmbH is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (BlnBDI), Friedrichstr. 219, 10969 Berlin, Germany. You may also contact the supervisory authority in your country of habitual residence.
